Changed in linux Ubuntu Jaunty: Hi Antonio, As you'll see from the kernel-team mailing list thread we're going to backport this to giggabit main Jaunty kernel package rather than via linux-backports -modules. I have read adapfer posts on issues that contain AR and not one of them seemed to help.

Since I am a Unix Solaris Systems Administrator and always look for what may be different in my situation, I realized that in most cases I could not tell what distribution of Ubuntu was being talked about.
